Goldeneye Managed
Goldeneye finds the priority, drives the work and measures what changes.
How does this work?
Goldeneye takes active responsibility for the agreed strategy, coordination, implementation, retesting and movement across the priorities in scope.
Managed suits a business that wants the priorities owned rather than handed over: the work coordinated, carried out, retested and reported as movement.
Who holds what?
With Advisory, your team does the work and we guide it. With Managed, Goldeneye takes a more hands-on role in carrying out the work. The findings and priorities carry through either way.
Managed does not mean “do more SEO.”
The methodology does not become more sophisticated when you choose Managed. The responsibility does.
Goldeneye holds
- The findings, their evidence and their priority order
- The strategy for the priorities in scope, and responsibility for it
- Implementation of agreed work, directly or through coordinated partners
- Coordination with your developers, agency and internal owners
- Retesting of the decision environments and findings being worked
- Responsibility for reading and reporting movement over time
You hold
- Approvals on anything that changes what your business says or offers
- Access to the systems Goldeneye needs in order to act
- The commercial context: what you are trying to sell, and to whom
- Telling us when something changes on your side that we should know about
What we work on
Assembled from your findings, not from a package.
Managed covers the same ground as Advisory, agreed from your findings. The difference is that Goldeneye takes a more hands-on role in carrying out the work and coordinating what happens next. Depending on the findings and the agreed scope, that can include technical SEO implementation, structured data, local SEO and entity work, content architecture, AEO and GEO implementation, source and citation strengthening, measurement architecture, coordination with developers, writers or other specialists, AI visibility analysis, retesting and movement tracking. No engagement contains every capability by default.
The rhythm
How the work actually runs.
Every ongoing engagement includes retesting of the searches, answers and visibility areas being actively worked on. Frequency depends on the intervention and on how quickly the environment reflects change, so it is set per engagement rather than sold as a reporting cycle.
- 01MeasureThe current position is recorded, so every later step can be read against something real.
- 02PrioritizeGoldeneye takes the ordered findings and commits to the ones in scope.
- 03SpecifyWhoever needs to be involved is brought in and sequenced, including your existing partners.
- 04Implement (Goldeneye)Implementation happens under Goldeneye's responsibility rather than your backlog.
- 05VerifyEach change is checked against what it was meant to affect before it is called done.
- 06RetestThe decision environment and the finding are checked again after the change lands.
- 07Observe movementWhat moved, what did not, what is being reworked, and what comes next.
Do we need a Check first?
Ongoing work runs against a baseline, because movement cannot be read without one. That does not always mean buying a full Check. We'll confirm whether an existing Goldeneye baseline can be used or whether a current baseline is needed before ongoing work begins. Where recent evidence already exists, a scoped baseline is validated or established during onboarding.
Does Goldeneye replace our agency or developer?
Usually not. Managed coordinates with the people you already work with, so the specification, the implementation and the retest stay connected. Where nobody is available to do a piece of agreed work, Goldeneye does it.
Investment
From $8,000/month.
Scope is confirmed once the findings are known, because the composition of work depends on what the evidence shows. We would rather say that than price a programme before anyone has seen the position.
