For organizations concerned about what AI says about them

Your business can be visible and still be represented incorrectly.

AI systems answer questions about your organization every day, and what they say is not always accurate, current, consistent, or supported by anything you published. Web Assurance establishes what should be true, monitors how your organization is represented, and identifies the issues that need investigation.

Being mentioned is not enough if the answer is wrong.

Your website is not the only record of your business. Search engines, AI assistants, directories and third-party sources all hold their own version of who you are, and those versions do not always agree with each other or with the truth. The truth has to be established before accuracy can be measured against it.

Who is this for?

Accuracy of representation is rarely an SEO problem alone. Web Assurance is typically held by the people accountable for what is said about the organization: communications and PR, brand and reputation, executives, legal and risk stakeholders, and marketing teams responsible for factual accuracy in market.

You do not need an audit, a retainer, or any other Goldeneye engagement to start.

What does Web Assurance evaluate?

Evaluation is scoped to what is material to your organization. Categories commonly include:

  • Company identity and core business facts
  • Products and services, including what is offered and what is not
  • Locations and service areas
  • Pricing, policies, eligibility or terms, where these are material
  • Credentials, awards, licenses and affiliations
  • Claims made about the organization
  • Outdated or discontinued information still being repeated
  • Conflicting representations between AI systems
  • The source and citation conditions surrounding questionable claims

How are findings classified?

Each material representation is recorded and classified in plain language, so you can see what needs attention and what does not. Some statements cannot be resolved from available evidence; those are marked for verification rather than asserted either way.

Current
Matches the agreed factual baseline.
Outdated but previously true
Was true, is no longer current.
Conflicting
Differs between systems or between answers.
Missing
Not represented at all where it should be.
Internally contested
Your own sources disagree with each other.

Web Assurance addresses factual accuracy. It is not a sentiment or reputation-scoring service, and a negative statement is not treated as inaccurate simply because it is unfavourable.

What can Goldeneye control, and what can it not?

Goldeneye does not control external AI models and cannot guarantee what they will say about your organization. What can be done is to strengthen the evidence those systems may rely on and monitor whether the representation changes.

What Web Assurance can do

  • Establish a verified, current factual baseline with you
  • Detect and document discrepancies against that baseline
  • Investigate the source environment that may be influencing them
  • Identify what information can be corrected or strengthened
  • Recommend or, where included in scope, implement appropriate remediation
  • Re-test and monitor whether the representation changes

Detect. Document. Trace. Strengthen. Monitor.

How is Web Assurance structured?

It begins with a baseline, and can continue as ongoing monitoring.

  • Web Assurance Baseline

A point-in-time evaluation for organizations that want a single, current answer to what AI platforms are saying about them: recorded responses across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini, a classification for each, a written summary of where representation is wrong and what is driving it, and a recommended correction path.

    Pricing confirmed based on scope

  • Web Assurance Monitoring

Ongoing checks on a defined cadence for material changes, discrepancies, outdated information and representation issues over time, per platform, with accuracy read as a trend rather than a single snapshot, and misrepresentation escalated for correction outreach.

    Pricing confirmed based on scope

What happens when an issue is found?

Findings are handled as an operational sequence, not a list of complaints. Not every discrepancy can be removed from an AI system, so each one is worked as far as the evidence and the source environment allow.

  1. 01Detect: the representation is captured and recorded as it appeared.
  2. 02Document: it is classified against the agreed factual baseline.
  3. 03Verify: we confirm what is actually true with you before acting.
  4. 04Investigate: we trace the source environment that may be influencing the answer.
  5. 05Recommend or intervene: corrections, clarifications or source strengthening, depending on scope.
  6. 06Re-test: the representation is checked again after the change.
  7. 07Monitor: the item stays under observation for recurrence or drift.

Where does this sit alongside our other work?

Web Assurance is held separately and can be engaged on its own. It answers a different question from participation and change. Not every change becomes an alert. Monitoring tells you something changed. Assurance asks whether it matters.

How you work with Goldeneye

How are the checks actually performed?

Checks are performed and recorded by Goldeneye analysts on a defined cadence and reviewed by a person before anything reaches you. Recorded responses, classifications and source findings are held as evidence, so change over time can be read rather than asserted.

What do you do next?

Nothing is charged here. We confirm what matters most, the scope of evaluation, and the cadence, or talk it through with us first.

When your business changes, the information around it needs to keep up.
