How Goldeneye Intelligence handles your information.
This page describes what this website collects, why it is collected and who helps us operate it. It is an operational disclosure of current practice, not legal advice.

What this covers
Information you send us, and information your visit creates.
Information you voluntarily submit
When you complete a Goldeneye form, such as the starting brief on this site, you choose what to send us. That can include your name, email address, business name, website address, phone number if you provide one, the location or market you operate in, the service or question you are interested in, the answers you select in the form, and any free text you write describing what you have noticed.
You are not required to submit a form to read this website. Please do not send sensitive personal information, credentials or confidential client data through a website form.
Technical information processed when you visit
Like most websites, requests to this site are handled by hosting and network infrastructure that may process standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system information, the page requested, referring page and the time of the request. This information is processed to serve pages, keep the site available and protect it from abuse.
How inquiry information is used
Information you submit through a form is used to understand your inquiry, to reply to you, to prepare or discuss possible work, and to keep an internal record of the inquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not use inquiry information to build advertising profiles.
Service providers we use to operate this site
We use third party providers to run this website and to receive inquiries. Based on how this site is currently built, these are:
- Our website hosting and application platform, which serves the pages you view.
- Our managed database and backend provider, where form submissions are stored.
- Resend, an email delivery provider, which delivers the internal notification that tells us an inquiry has arrived.
- Google Tag Manager, which loads and controls the measurement tools described below.
- Google Analytics 4, which reports how pages are used, such as pages viewed and general location and device information.
- Microsoft Clarity, which records aggregated interaction information such as scrolling, clicks and page session behavior, so we can see where pages are confusing.
These providers process information on our behalf so that the site works, so that we receive your message and, where you have accepted analytics, so that we can understand how the site is used. If we add further providers, this page will be updated.
Email related to your inquiry
When you submit a form, an internal notification is sent to us so a person can read your inquiry. If we reply, that correspondence is ordinary business email. We do not add you to a marketing list from a form submission on this site, and we do not send a marketing newsletter from this site at this time.
Cookies, analytics and your choice
Measurement tools on this site are loaded through Google Tag Manager and are set to denied until you choose. When you first visit, a Cookie Preferences panel asks whether you accept analytics and session behavior measurement. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity may set cookies or similar identifiers and process information such as pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, device and browser information, and interaction behavior such as clicks and scrolling.
If you decline, those tools are not permitted to use analytics storage, and the site continues to work normally. We do not run advertising tags on this site, and advertising storage is denied at all times.
We also send a small number of behavioral events, for example that a page was viewed, that a service call to action was clicked, or that a starting brief was submitted successfully. These events carry a predefined service name where relevant. They never carry your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, the location you entered or anything you typed into a form.
You can change your decision at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser, so clearing site data or using a different browser or device will ask you again.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this site. Form submissions are written to a backend database that is not publicly readable, access is restricted, and transport to and from this site uses encryption in transit. No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful for the purpose it was sent, including replying to you, discussing possible work and keeping a reasonable business record. We may keep information longer where we believe we need it for legitimate business, accounting or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete an inquiry, and we will do so where we are not required to keep it.
Your choices and how to reach us
You can ask what inquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, or to ask a question about this page, email hello@goldeneyeintelligence.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this page
We may update this page as the site changes, for example if analytics are added or a provider changes. The effective date at the top shows when this version was published.
