Scope

What each Pulse cycle does

Pulse is deliberately repeatable. The value comes from asking the same things the same way, cycle after cycle.

01Repeat a controlled question set drawn from your baseline.
02Preserve wording, conditions and local context as practically as possible.
03Capture current answers and any citations shown.
04Compare current results against the prior cycle and against the original baseline.
05Separate ordinary answer variation from movement that appears material.

How findings are evaluated

Evidence first, then interpretation.

Each cycle closes with one outcome

No meaningful change. Results are consistent with the baseline and the prior cycle.
Change detected. Something observably moved and is worth knowing about.
Investigation recommended. The movement appears material and deserves a closer look than a Pulse cycle can give.

The Goldeneye evidence standard

Observed. Something Goldeneye directly saw in a captured result, source or platform report.
Supported inference. A reasonable conclusion the observed evidence supports, stated as an inference rather than a fact.
Unknown. Something the available evidence cannot establish. Goldeneye reports it as unknown rather than filling the gap.

Important boundaries

Pulse requires a prior Goldeneye Check or an equivalent approved baseline. Without one, there is nothing to compare against.
Normal variation in AI answers is not treated as a trend. A single different wording is not a movement.
Pulse does not include remediation, implementation or ongoing strategy by default.
A detected change shows that something moved. It does not by itself prove why.
